Duties and Responsibilities: The intern will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing UNHCR's digital outreach and donor engagement. Key responsibilities include:
Reviewing, digitizing, and adapting web content from both local and global perspectives to enrich the content across various digital platforms, including emails, websites, and social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Analyzing user journeys and social media insights to optimize engagement and conversion performance, implementing strategies to increase donor acquisition and retention.
Producing and coordinating digital assets in collaboration with UNHCR offices and external partners to ensure effective execution of campaigns.
Assisting in determining promotional tactics to enhance web traffic and engagement, aligning with the program's objectives and conversion goals.
Required Qualifications: To qualify for this internship, candidates must meet specific eligibility criteria, including being a recent graduate or a current student in a relevant field of study. Candidates should have completed at least two years of undergraduate studies in a discipline that aligns with UNHCR's mission.
