Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Administrative (HR) Assistant include:
Supporting hiring managers in developing and reviewing job openings, ensuring alignment with evaluation criteria and job descriptions.
Assisting in the review of applicants to verify eligibility based on job requirements.
Initiating and following up on reference checks, including academic verifications and employment records.
Preparing offers of appointment and coordinating candidate assessments, including written tests and interviews.
Maintaining an up-to-date electronic roster for successful applicants to national category job openings.
Processing monthly payroll for staff and service contract holders.
Tracking and adjusting monthly danger pay for staff and non-staff, ensuring accuracy in SAP and tracking sheets.
Acting as a certifying officer in SAP for authorized amounts based on financial policies.
Conducting exit interviews and assisting separating staff with final arrangements. 1
Preparing responses to HR-related queries and participating in HR Working Group meetings. 1
Performing other work-related duties as required.
Required Qualifications: The required qualifications for the Administrative (HR) Assistant position include a university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
