Job Overview: The Analyst position at WJCF, an Indian not-for-profit entity affiliated with CHAI, is focused on supporting the National Center for Vector Borne Diseases Control (NCVBDC) in India. The role involves delivering critical program insights by leveraging various data sources and field insights to aid in the elimination of vector-borne diseases (VBDs) such as malaria and lymphatic filariasis. The Analyst will be responsible for data collation, analysis, and visualization, as well as identifying innovative approaches and technologies to support the elimination goals. Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in public health, statistics, economics, life sciences, or related fields, with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience, or a Master’s degree with at least 1 year of professional experience. Professional experience in dynamic and innovative environments, such as life science research, impact evaluation, development consulting, or public sector advisory, is essential. Candidates should also have experience with monitoring and evaluation (M&E), data analytics, and dashboard development for funded projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required, along with the ability to work independently in high-pressure settings and adapt to new challenges.
