Duties and Responsibilities: The Grants & Business Development Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining a competitive edge in securing institutional donor funding. This includes overseeing the country program funding pipeline, leading the production of high-quality funding proposals, and ensuring compliance with donor requirements. Specific duties include monitoring donor trends, supporting senior management engagement with donors, developing strategic alliances, and managing sub-grants. The Coordinator will also lead proposal and concept note development, supervise grants management and compliance, and oversee the country’s Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) system. Additionally, the role involves conducting internal reviews of proposals, managing the grants management tools, and ensuring effective communication and information management processes across the organization.
