Job Overview: The position of Référent·e RH Techniques & Outils is crucial for supporting the methodological and operational needs of the HR teams in the countries where SI operates. Reporting to the Technical HR Manager, the incumbent will contribute to the development of HR frameworks, tools, and best practices, ensuring their correct and harmonized implementation across the organization. This role is key in enhancing the skills of HR Coordinators and involves selecting and developing new HR tools and information systems. The Référent·e will also support the management and maintenance of these systems and contribute to improving existing processes and tools within the HR department. Additionally, the position includes providing training and technical support to users.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the HR teams in the field by providing methodological and operational assistance.
Contribute to the development of HR reference frameworks and tools.
Ensure the correct implementation of HR practices across the organization.
Play a key role in enhancing the skills of HR Coordinators.
Participate in the selection and development of new HR tools and information systems.
Manage and maintain HR systems and tools.
Improve existing HR processes and tools.
Provide training and technical support to HR users.
Conduct needs analysis and propose solutions to enhance HR practices. 1
Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and implementation of HR strategies.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in HR management and coordination roles in the international humanitarian sector.
Experience in managing HR tools and information systems, including drafting specifications, selecting providers, operational deployment, monitoring and evaluation, training, and maintenance.
Strong understanding of HR issues in the humanitarian sector.
Proficiency in using HR software, specifically Homère.
Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft 36
Ability to analyze needs and propose effective solutions.
Strong communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Educational Background: A Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Political Science, Social Law, or Work Psychology is required for this position. This educational background is essential to understand the complexities of HR management in a humanitarian context and to effectively contribute to the organization's mission.
Experience: Candidates should have significant experience in HR management and coordination, particularly in international settings within the humanitarian sector. This experience should include hands-on involvement in the development and implementation of HR tools and systems, as well as a track record of enhancing HR practices in challenging environments.
Languages: Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken, is mandatory for this position. Knowledge of an additional language such as Spanish, Portuguese, or Arabic is considered an asset and will be advantageous in this role.
Additional Notes: The position is based at the headquarters of Solidarités International in Clichy, with occasional travel to field locations. It is a permanent contract (CDI) with a managerial status. The gross monthly salary ranges from €3,183 to €3,316, depending on the applicable salary scale at the headquarters. There is a possibility of remote work, allowing for 4 to 12 days per month or full-time remote work within metropolitan France, subject to the current telework charter and approval from the direct supervisor. Employees are entitled to 2.0833 days of paid leave per month and 1 day of RTT (reduction of working time) for each complete month worked. Additional benefits include health insurance coverage (80%), meal vouchers (60%), and transportation subsidies (50%) for Île de France. Employees are also covered by insurance during field visits and receive 1 day off for each weekend spent on field visits.
