Job Overview: As a Human ResourceAnalyst (Systems) at ADB, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Systems and Analytics (HRSA) team. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering technical, analytical, and operational support to enhance HR processes and improve service experiences for clients. You will be tasked with maintaining and administering existing HR systems, such as Oracle ERP, Cornerstone, Oracle Taleo, ServiceNow, and Microsoft tools, which are essential for managing the staff lifecycle and HR data. Your role will also involve coordinating system improvements and enhancements to streamline HR operations. You will work closely with various stakeholders to assess business requirements, identify opportunities for process improvements, and ensure that the HR systems align with ADB's IT strategies and standards. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining data integrity and operational control within the HR systems.
Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Human Resource Analyst (Systems) include:
Providing ongoing support for HR platforms, ensuring their reliability and security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security in both on-premise and cloud environments.
Administering HR systems and modules, and offering guidance and training to HR analysts on new systems to maximize efficiency.
Collaborating with stakeholders to assess business requirements and identify opportunities for improving business processes.
Supporting the planning, design, and implementation of enhancements, upgrades, or workarounds to current systems.
Facilitating project activities, including application and system testing, and monitoring the status of enhancements to ensure they meet quality standards.
Conducting provisioning reviews and managing special access requests to safeguard data integrity.
Performing other tasks as assigned in the work plan.
Required Qualifications: To qualify for the position, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in computer or systems-related courses, engineering, or a major in Management, Public or Business Administration, or related fields. Additionally, candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience, with the ability to translate requirements into technical specifications. Expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, particularly Oracle Human Resource Management System and Cornerstone, is essential. Familiarity with ServiceNow HR Suite and proficiency in software development methodologies are also required. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Educational Background: Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, systems engineering, management, public administration, or business administration. This educational background is crucial for understanding the technical and operational aspects of HR systems and analytics.
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in human resources, particularly in systems analysis and management. This experience should include working with various HR platforms and tools, as well as project management and business analysis.
Languages: Proficiency in English is mandatory, particularly in verbal and written communication, including report writing and presentations. While not mandatory, knowledge of additional languages may be considered an asset.
