Job Overview: The position involves working closely with the Digital Fundraising Officer to provide support to the marketing" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">digital marketing team. The intern will contribute to the implementation of the Solidarity Bibs project, which includes managing registrations for various races included in the project, responding to inquiries, and guiding participants through different stages. The intern will also participate in the development of the annual communication plan, researching content, proposing creative ideas, and producing messages in line with the action plan and defined objectives. Additionally, the intern will design materials using Photoshop and InDesign for the required supports as part of the action plan. The role also involves liaising with project stakeholders and external service providers as part of the action plan, contributing to existing fundraising actions, managing the email scheduling, routing emails from the department, analyzing email performance, and providing regular reporting based on established indicators and dashboards. The intern will also connect with the Donor Relations Service and external providers to resolve technical or management issues encountered by online donors. Furthermore, the intern will conduct regular market research on innovations and participate in testing new fundraising levers and projects.

Required Qualifications: The ideal candidate should be pursuing a Master’s degree (Master 1 or Master 2) in a field related to Digital Marketing. They should have a strong interest in this area and a desire to learn while sharing their skills and knowledge. A passion for the charitable sector and alignment with the organization's values is essential. Proficiency in visual creation tools such as Photoshop and InDesign is required. The candidate should be creative, proactive, and comfortable working with numbers. Autonomy and comfort with remote work are also important.
Educational Background: Candidates must be enrolled in a French educational institution and possess a valid internship agreement issued by that institution. A Master’s degree in a relevant field, particularly in Digital Marketing, is preferred.
Experience: No specific prior experience is required, but a background in digital marketing or related fields is advantageous. The candidate should demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to the fast-paced environment of the non-profit sector.
Languages: Fluency in French is mandatory, as the role involves communication with French-speaking participants and stakeholders. Proficiency in English is a plus, as it may be beneficial for interacting with international partners and resources.

The internship is compensated at a rate of 4.57 euros net per hour, based on a 35-hour work week. The weekly working hours are set at 38.75 hours. The organization provides meal vouchers worth 8 euros, with 60% covered by Action contre la Faim, and covers 50% of public transport costs.
