Duties and Responsibilities: The consultant will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities including but not limited to: conducting thorough research on specified topics relevant to UNDP's projects; collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data; preparing detailed reports that summarize findings and recommendations; collaborating with project teams to ensure alignment of monitoring and reporting activities; developing monitoring frameworks and tools to assess project performance; participating in meetings and workshops to present findings; and providing support in the preparation of project proposals and documentation. The consultant will also be expected to maintain accurate records of all research and reporting activities and ensure compliance with UNDP's standards and guidelines.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a strong background in research methodologies and data analysis. A solid understanding of monitoring and evaluation principles is essential.
