Job Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supporting the design, development, and maintenance of interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
• Assisting in the cleaning, transforming, and analyzing of data to ensure accuracy and relevance.

• Connecting to multiple data sources, including Excel, SQL databases, APIs, and cloud services, to gather necessary data for analysis.
• Building interactive dashboards and reports using various visualization tools, including charts (bar, line, pie), tables, matrices, slicers, filters, maps, and KPIs.
• Designing user-friendly interfaces that ensure consistent layout, intuitive navigation, and appropriate color themes for dashboards.
• Scheduling data refreshes via Power BI Service to ensure that reports are up-to-date.
• Providing general administrative and ICT support to the ICT unit as required.
