Job Overview: The Camp Management Information Management Assistant plays a vital role within the community resource center (CRC) team in Marib, focusing on coordinating, monitoring, and delivering essential services to internally displaced persons (IDPs). This position is crucial for managing databases related to IDP sites, including population lists, movement tracking, and service records. The assistant is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate updates to support operational planning and will conduct assessments to aid in beneficiary selection. The assistant will work under supervision to maintain accurate records and contribute to the overall success of NRC's Shelter/WASH and CCCM activities.
Duties and Responsibilities: The Camp Management Information Management Assistant will have a comprehensive set of duties and responsibilities, including:
Adhering to NRC policies, tools, handbooks, and guidelines.
Supporting the implementation of Shelter/WASH and CCCM activities according to the established plan of action.
Collecting population data, service information, and site observations from IDP sites.
Assisting in updating IDP lists, movement tracking, and basic site information.
Maintaining simple databases, trackers, and paper records.
Verifying field data accuracy through routine checks and follow-ups.
Supporting the preparation of daily or weekly data summaries for supervisors.
Assisting during assessments, registrations, and monitoring exercises.
Conducting routine site visits to collect CCCM-related data. 1

Supporting CRC data organization and filing.
Required Qualifications: The position requires several essential qualifications, including:
