Job Overview:
The Admin Assistant position at NRC Moldova Country Office is designed to ensure a welcoming and organized reception area, providing essential administrative support to both Programme and Support staff. Duties and Responsibilities:
The Admin Assistant will be responsible for managing the office reception area, ensuring a polite and professional demeanor towards all visitors and beneficiaries. Key duties include greeting visitors, verifying the purpose of their visit, and directing them to the appropriate staff member or department. The position also entails maintaining and updating the visitors' register in accordance with NRC procedures, informing NRC staff of their guests' arrivals, and ensuring visitors wait in designated areas. Additionally, the Admin Assistant will support basic office security procedures, perform administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry, and assist the Administration unit with monitoring office supplies and coordinating service requests. Timely processing of utility-related invoices in collaboration with the Finance team is also part of the role, along with any other reasonable administrative duties assigned by Support and Programme staff, including assisting the HR and Administration manager.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates for the Admin Assistant position should possess a minimum of one year of experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar support role. A bachelor's degree is desirable but not mandatory. Applicants should have a basic understanding of office administration tasks and be proficient in using MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Practical experience with office equipment such as printers and scanners is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to remain calm and polite when interacting with visitors. Basic knowledge of spoken English is necessary, while fluency in Romanian and Russian is mandatory for this position.

Educational Background:
The ideal candidate for the Admin Assistant role should have a bachelor's degree, which is considered desirable. However, relevant experience in administrative roles may compensate for the lack of formal education. A solid educational background in fields related to administration, business, or social sciences may be advantageous.

Experience:
The position requires a minimum of one year of relevant experience in roles such as receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar support functions.
