Job Overview: The Senior Technical Officer, MNCH is tasked with providing technical leadership for maternal, newborn, and child health (MNCH) activities under the Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control (EpiC) project in Cambodia. This role involves implementing work plans aimed at improving MNCH outcomes in collaboration with the Ministry of Health (MoH), particularly the National Maternal and Child Health Center (NMCHC), and subnational government authorities. The Senior Technical Officer will play a crucial role in designing interventions and working alongside government counterparts, project staff, and local implementing partners to ensure technical excellence. Duties and Responsibilities: The Senior Technical Officer will be responsible for providing technical support to a team of specialists in MNCH and private sector engagement. The officer will contribute to the preparation of program reports, monthly updates, and other necessary technical documents, documenting successes, lessons learned, and best practices. They will represent FHI 360 at external functions related to MNCH activities and provide input to country office management and operations, as well as business development activities.
