Job Overview: The Team Assistant position at the World Bank's Port Moresby office is designed for a dynamic and self-motivated individual who will provide essential administrative and logistical support to World Bank team members and country management staff. The assistant will support visiting mission team members by scheduling meetings and appointments, assist with procurement and payment processing, and manage travel arrangements for staff and visiting teams.
