Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate local health interventions and IOM Medical Teams in Ukhikya and Teknaf Upazilas.
Conduct monitoring visits to health facilities, ensuring compliance with health standards.
Support capacity building and training for healthcare workers.
Collaborate with Upazila health managers, community leaders, and NGO partners to address public health concerns.
Maintain coordination of medical referrals and provide administrative support to health facility staff.
Monitor community health teams and ensure adherence to primary health care standards.
Assist health facility in-charges with medicines supply chain management and inventory requests.
Support health program monitoring through health management information systems.

Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess either a high school diploma with 7 years of relevant experience or a university degree in Medicine, Nursing, Clinical Medicine, or Public Health with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Experience in public health programs, particularly in low-resource settings such as camps or refugee environments, is essential. Strong verbal communication skills are required, and familiarity with Rohingya and local languages of Chittagong/Cox’s Bazar is advantageous. Candidates should also demonstrate the ability to supervise staff, monitor programs, and facilitate capacity building.
Educational Background: A high school diploma is acceptable if accompanied by 7 years of relevant experience. Alternatively, a university degree in Medicine, Nursing, Clinical Medicine, or Public Health is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the field.
