Job Overview:
The Senior Driver LICA3 position is a crucial role within the Multi-Country Office (MCO) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The incumbent will be responsible for providing transportation and logistics support to various units within the office, including the executive office, protection unit, emergency response, and public service programs. The role requires a good command of Office 365 and prior experience working in Saudi Arabia, preferably with humanitarian organizations, diplomatic missions, or UN agencies. The Senior Driver will not only drive but also maintain the assigned UNHCR vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and compliant with security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security standards. The position demands excellent communication skills in Arabic, with knowledge of English being an added advantage. Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Senior Driver include: driving UNHCR vehicles primarily for the Head of Office and other high-ranking officials; transporting authorized passengers and delivering or collecting documents and items; meeting official personnel at airports and facilitating immigration and customs formalities; performing daily maintenance checks on assigned vehicles, including oil, water, battery, brakes, and tires; ensuring vehicles are roadworthy and maintained according to established security standards; performing minor repairs and arranging for major repairs as necessary; keeping vehicles clean and logging official trips, daily mileage, gas consumption, and maintenance activities; ensuring valid documentation for passengers and cargo; assisting with basic interpretation services when needed; identifying and managing risks related to transportation; and performing other related duties as required.

Required Qualifications:
The required qualifications for the Senior Driver position include a valid driving license and knowledge of driving rules and regulations. Candidates must possess basic vehicle mechanical skills and have a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance.
