Job Overview:
The Finance and Operations Director position is part of Pact's new initiative in Malawi under the ACHIEVE project, which is funded by the U.S. Department of State. This project aims to achieve and maintain HIV/AIDS epidemic control among vulnerable populations, including pregnant and breastfeeding women, infants, children, and adolescents. Duties and Responsibilities:

A minimum of 12 years of experience in international development, particularly on USG-funded projects, is required, with a focus on finance, procurement, security, and logistics. At least 6 years of experience in financial compliance and supervisory roles is necessary, with direct experience supervising administrative, finance, and/or operations staff. Strong knowledge of U.S. government regulations, especially regarding financial, contractual, and compliance requirements, is essential.
