Job Overview: The Visa Application Services Coordinator will play a crucial role in streamlining visa application services for German family reunification, resettlement, and evacuation caseloads. Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Visa Application Services Coordinator include:
Supporting the streamlining of visa application services for family reunification, resettlement, and evacuation cases.
Acting as the quality control and compliance focal point for the FAP Programme.
Assisting in the development and implementation of SOPs.
Overseeing compliance activities in operations, including project monitoring and evaluation, training, and reporting.
Ensuring accurate data collection and management related to program integrity guidelines.
Updating internal software with applicants' data and overseeing visa exit permit processes.
Conducting regular quality checks of case files and data.
Supporting monitoring and evaluation activities, including designing mechanisms and analyzing data.
Overseeing protection activities for vulnerable beneficiaries and providing training as needed. 1
Ensuring accurate completion of application forms and managing case files efficiently. 1
Liaising with scheduling team members and external partners to ensure effective communication and satisfaction. 1

Required Qualifications: The position requires a university degree or equivalent in Business Management, Client Services, Social Science, Engineering Science, or a related discipline with four years of relevant experience. Alternatively, a High School diploma with six years of relevant experience is acceptable. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Previous work experience in international organizations or service industry companies is advantageous. Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills, along with attention to detail, are essential for this role.
