Job Overview: The ICLA Digital Coordinator will play a crucial role in implementing Kobli's Legal Case Management system (LCM) in Nigeria and managing the ICLA database. This position requires a proactive individual who is passionate about helping refugees and displaced persons. The coordinator will support the deployment and ongoing administration of the LCM system, ensuring that it meets the needs of the ICLA teams and aligns with global digital strategies. The role involves maintaining accurate user records, configuring intake forms, and optimizing reporting and analytics modules to facilitate effective data use and learning. The coordinator will also lead capacity-building efforts for LCM users, ensuring that staff are well-informed about system changes and enhancements. This position is essential for standardizing ICLA programming and contributing to project learning and knowledge sharing within the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities: The ICLA Digital Coordinator will have a comprehensive set of responsibilities, including:
Supporting the deployment and implementation of Kobli’s Legal Case Management system (LCM) in collaboration with the ICLA country programme and Global ICLA Digital team.
Maintaining accurate user records and hierarchies, regularly reviewing and updating access permissions.
Configuring and maintaining intake forms and case management workflows, including updates and custom modifications.
Creating and updating project records, indicators, and service profiles to ensure alignment with ICLA activities.
Supporting the configuration and optimization of reporting, analytics, and dashboard modules to enable effective data use.
Leading and monitoring LCM deployment, documenting system gaps and user experience challenges.
Coordinating with the Global ICLA team on system improvements and participating in regular coordination meetings.
Leading capacity-building initiatives for LCM users, including onboarding and refresher training.
Conducting regular monitoring and quality checks of entered data and addressing discrepancies. 1
Contributing to donor reports and internal strategic documents as needed.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a university degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Social Sciences, Law, or a related field. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with digital information systems, case management tools, or information management platforms is required. Experience in humanitarian or displacement contexts is considered an asset. Strong reporting, analytical, and data interpretation skills are essential, along with a demonstrated ability to achieve results aligned with the responsibilities of the position. Candidates should also have an awareness of their own leadership strengths and areas for development.
Educational Background: The educational background required for this position includes a university degree in a relevant field such as Information Management, Computer Science, Social Sciences, Law, or a related discipline. Additional Notes: This position is based in Abuja, FCT, Nigeria, with a contract duration of 12 months, which is renewable based on performance and funding availability. The role is classified at Grade 7 in NRC's grading structure, indicating a mid-level position with significant responsibilities. The ICLA Digital Coordinator will report directly to the ICLA Specialist and may be required to travel up to 20% of the time for field support and capacity-building activities.
