Duties and Responsibilities: The intern will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support the functions of the RCO. Key duties include:
Assisting with daily operations of the office, ensuring smooth administrative processes.
Supporting Human Resources by managing HR documentation and administrative tasks.
Providing administrative support to staff members regarding reimbursement processes.
Assisting in inventory and asset management to maintain accurate records.
Offering logistical and operational support for events and conferences organized by the UN.
Assisting in the preparation of evaluation reports and ensuring quality checks are performed on procurement procedures.
Engaging in various other tasks as assigned by the supervising staff member, tailored to the intern's background and the needs of the office.
Required Qualifications: Applicants must meet one of the following criteria: (a) be enrolled in or have completed a graduate school program (second university degree or equivalent, or higher); (b) be enrolled in or have completed the final academic year of a first university degree program (minimum master's degree or equivalent). While professional work experience is not required for this internship, candidates should have a field of study closely related to the internship they are applying for, demonstrating relevant academic knowledge and skills.
