This role is crucial in understanding the impact of digital transformation on children and adolescents, particularly in educational and home environments. The consultant will delve into the implications of digital access and the structural inequalities that affect children's opportunities in the digital landscape, ultimately contributing to the development of inclusive digital policies.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The consultant's duties will include conducting thorough research on the effects of digital transformation on various stages of human development, particularly focusing on children and adolescents. They will analyze the risks and opportunities presented by the digital environment, recognizing the increasing exposure of young individuals to digital technologies in schools and homes.
