Job Overview: The position of Administrateur.trice Systèmes et Support Utilisateurs (ASSU) is situated within the Logistics Department of Solidarités International. The ASSU will work under the supervision of the Information Systems Manager. The primary role of the ASSU is to install, deploy, administer, and operate the IT resources at both headquarters and field locations, providing support to on-site teams. The ASSU is responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of information systems by maintaining and upgrading various tools and infrastructures related to software systems and communication networks. This role aims to enhance quality, productivity, and security in the organization's operations. The ASSU will also support field operations, particularly logistics coordinators, and will be involved in the installation and integration of new tools and systems into the production environment. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement in IT services.
Duties and Responsibilities: The ASSU will be responsible for the following duties:
Ensure the optimal functioning of the tools, systems, or networks under their charge.
Implement tools that guarantee data coherence.
Maintain a comprehensive and updated view of information systems and possess a good understanding of the organization.
Monitor and analyze performance, implementing measures to improve quality or productivity.
Provide support to field operations, particularly to logistics coordinators.
Validate the installation and integration of new tools (systems, networks, and telecoms) in collaboration with their manager.
Address incidents or anomalies based on internal requests, including diagnosing incidents, identifying issues, formulating solutions, and following up on resolutions.
Carry out corrective maintenance actions while ensuring quality.
Propose improvements to optimize existing resources and their organization. 1
Transfer skills and provide technical assistance on procedures to field teams and participate in their training. 1
Manage the IT equipment at headquarters and field locations as needed. 1
Oversee the evolution and maintenance of hardware, software, and systems. 1
Manage performance thresholds and tuning of resources and products in the domain. 1
Participate in studies for the recommendation and implementation of suitable hardware, tools, and software. 1
Produce documentation (frameworks, tutorials, best practices, etc.) for users and information systems teams at both headquarters and field locations. 1
Assist in recruiting information systems teams in the field. 1
Participate in briefings for logistics coordinators and field information systems teams.
Required Qualifications: The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
A background in computer science (ideally a minimum of a Bac +2, but this may vary depending on experience).
At least 1 year of professional experience related to the position.
Strong communication skills with users, both orally and in writing.
Proficiency in professional English.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and remotely with international colleagues.
Autonomy and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Educational Background: Candidates are expected to have a degree in computer science or a related field. A Bac +2 level of education is preferred, but this may be flexible based on the candidate's experience and skills.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience is required for this position. Candidates should have experience in user support, administration" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">system administration, and IT management.
Languages: Fluency in French and English is mandatory, with a very good level in reading, writing, and speaking. Proficiency in additional languages would be considered an asset.
Additional Notes: This position is based at the headquarters of Solidarités International in Clichy la Garenne, accessible via Metro Mairie de Clichy. The contract is a permanent CDI with a managerial status. The gross monthly salary ranges from €2,865 to €2,985, depending on the current salary scale at headquarters. There is a possibility of remote work for up to 12 days per month, in accordance with the existing telework charter and manager approval. Employees are entitled to 2.0833 vacation days per month and 1 RTT day for each full month of work. Additional benefits include mutual health insurance (80% covered), meal vouchers (60% covered), and transportation costs (50% covered) reimbursed by the organization.
