  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

Educational Background:
A minimum of a Master's degree in Development Studies, Public Policy, International Relations, or a related field is required. Additional certifications or training in project management or strategic planning will be considered an asset.

Experience:
Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in development consulting, policy analysis, or related fields. Experience working with international organizations, particularly in the context of the Central African Republic or similar environments, is highly desirable.

Languages:
Fluency in French is mandatory, as it is the official language of the Central African Republic. Proficiency in English is considered an asset, as it may facilitate communication with international stakeholders and resources.

Additional Notes:
This position is for a fixed-term contract of 45 working days, with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance. The consultants will be expected to work full-time during the contract period. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and in line with UNDP standards.
