Job Overview: The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in the Helios+ initiative, which focuses on the integration of third-country nationals into the labor market in the North Aegean region of Greece. Duties and Responsibilities: The Project Coordinator will have a diverse set of responsibilities, including: supervising and guiding direct reports, developing methodologies and tools for project implementation, monitoring the quality of services provided by the project team and partners, collaborating with other project components and IOM departments, ensuring efficient communication with implementing partners, collecting and verifying data, submitting timely reports to senior management, representing the project in meetings with stakeholders, and participating in drafting reports for donors. The coordinator will also be expected to perform additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a combination of relevant education, training, and experience to fulfill the essential functions of the position.
