Job Overview: The Young Professional position within the Private Fundraising and Partnerships (PFP) Digital Team at UNICEF Thailand is designed for enrolled university students (third year or above) or recent graduates who are passionate about children's rights and eager to gain practical experience in digital content creation, graphic design, and performance media. This structured program lasts for 4 months, with a possibility of a 2-month extension, and offers part-time work (approximately 16-24 hours per week) with flexible arrangements to accommodate academic schedules. The role provides exposure to real-world digital engagement work, allowing participants to connect people to UNICEF’s mission through innovative storytelling, visual design, and data-driven campaigns. Duties and Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Digital Fundraising Team, the Young Professional will be responsible for assisting in the design of visual assets for digital fundraising campaigns, which includes creating social media ads and landing pages. They will support the development of creative concepts that align with UNICEF’s brand identity and campaign objectives. Collaboration with content and media teams is essential to ensure visual consistency across various platforms. The role also involves gaining hands-on experience in digital fundraising and engagement projects, enhancing graphic design skills, and understanding how design integrates with content strategy and performance media.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must be enrolled university students (third-year and beyond) or recent graduates in relevant fields such as graphic design, communications, or digital media. A demonstrated interest in children’s rights, development, or humanitarian work is essential. Good communication and collaboration skills are required, along with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Candidates should possess a basic understanding of digital platforms, particularly social media and websites, and have strong communication skills in both Thai and English.
