Job Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate the impact of programs and policies on children's lives, making adjustments as necessary.

• Engage in fundraising and resource mobilization efforts to support children's programs.
• Participate in training and capacity-building activities for staff and partners to enhance their understanding of children's rights.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a strong understanding of children's rights and relevant experience in advocacy or program implementation. They should demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams. Educational Background:

Experience:
At least 5 years of relevant work experience in child advocacy, program management, or a related field is required. Languages:
Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable. Knowledge of other UN languages will be considered an asset, enhancing the candidate's ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
