Job Overview: The Senior Administrative Associate role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of FHI 360's Programs and Research Group. The Senior Administrative Associate will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring effective communication and coordination within the department.
Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Senior Administrative Associate include performing advanced-level administrative tasks with precision, serving as the main contact for inquiries, and ensuring data accuracy in compliance with established guidelines. The associate will coordinate meetings for organizational and leadership teams, including logistics such as securing venues, preparing agendas, and recording notes. They will also manage communications, respond to administrative support requests, and develop improved administrative procedures to enhance efficiency. Additional responsibilities include preparing and maintaining documentation, reports, schedules, and databases, creating presentations, and organizing complex activities such as travel and conferences. The associate will work independently or collaboratively on special projects, act as a liaison with other departments, and handle confidential information.
