Job Overview: The Analyst position within the CTO Transformation Office is pivotal in assisting the team with the formation and execution of strategic and operational objectives. The role involves collating and analyzing data, generating reports, and conducting research to support the CTO's goals. The Analyst will work closely with various departments to ensure that the Bank's transformation agenda is effectively managed and that the necessary governance, processes, and technology are in place. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders to achieve the Bank's mission and vision.
Duties and Responsibilities: The Analyst will be responsible for providing timely management information to support decision-making processes and updates to governance forums, such as the monthly CTO Ops meeting and quarterly CTO leadership meetings. Key responsibilities include conducting detailed analyses of performance and risk information, designing and managing KPI reporting dashboards, and supporting engagement in strategic initiatives. The Analyst will also assist in preparing internal and external reports on CTO performance, maintain department intranet pages, and coordinate the planning and organization of meetings. Additionally, the role involves identifying areas for process improvement and coordinating the implementation of changes to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a degree or relevant experience in a related field. Fluency in English, with excellent written and oral communication skills, is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience as a business analyst or in a consulting role, demonstrating the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Strong organizational skills, a proactive and flexible attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills are critical. The role requires quantitative and numerical skills to measure internal targets and monitor performance, along with strong analytical and presentation skills. Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly are also important.
Educational Background: A degree in a relevant field such as business administration, finance, economics, or a related discipline is required. Candidates with equivalent professional experience may also be considered. Additional certifications in data analysis or project management may be advantageous.
Experience: The position requires prior experience in a business analyst role or a consulting environment, with a demonstrated ability to support multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Experience in data analysis and reporting, as well as familiarity with governance and risk management processes, is highly desirable.
Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus, particularly those relevant to the regions in which the EBRD operates.
