Essential professional skills include fluency in French, both spoken and written, with a good command of English considered an asset. Specific competencies include experience in education and youth training, familiarity with rural communities, knowledge of local languages spoken in the eastern region, and understanding national and international education standards in emergencies. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required, along with the ability to address cross-cutting issues such as gender, protection, and environmental concerns.
Educational Background: A minimum educational requirement for this position is a Bac+3 degree in Social Sciences, Education Sciences, or a related field.
