Job Overview:
The HR Analyst - Global Mobility position at the World Bank Group is a critical role within the Human Resources Vice-Presidency, specifically within the Talent Acquisition and Global Mobility Department. This position is designed to support the Global Mobility program, which is essential for the organization to effectively manage the relocation and integration of staff and their families on international assignments. The analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights that align with the WBG's business objectives. This role requires collaboration with various support functions and HR areas to ensure that data-driven decisions are made to enhance the Global Mobility services. The analyst will also be involved in developing HR analytics tools, conducting sentiment analysis, and monitoring trends in Global Mobility to identify areas for improvement. Duties and Responsibilities:
The HR Analyst will have a comprehensive set of duties and responsibilities, including:
  • Proactively gathering, analyzing, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data to prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations that provide insights for Global Mobility's support of WBG's business objectives.
  • Collaborating with other support functions and HR areas to incorporate multiple data streams for effective analysis and communication of results and recommendations.
  • Developing and enhancing HR analytics tools and resources, including satisfaction surveys, to support the evolution of Global Mobility services.
  • Performing sentiment analysis on qualitative data to gauge overall satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitoring internal and external Global Mobility trends to identify gaps and improvement opportunities in alignment with WBG’s people strategy.
  • Implementing data quality controls to ensure accuracy and integrity of data models and analytical frameworks.
  • Supporting the modernization of service delivery for assignees and their families by mapping current offerings and proposing enhancements.
  • Designing and analyzing surveys, scorecards, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor service delivery and drive continuous improvement.
  • Liaising with vendors as required and leveraging programming languages like Python/R for data analysis and automation. 1
  • Promoting project management tools to plan, track, and manage tasks effectively. 1
  • Participating in special projects and performing other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates for the HR Analyst position must possess a Master's degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Operations Research, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a global company or organization. Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered. Proven experience in HR analytics is essential, including the ability to conduct research, data mining, and report generation. Candidates should have a strong narrative grasp of data interpretation and the ability to articulate issues and recommend solutions to aid management in decision-making. Knowledge of HR information systems and Global Mobility technology tools is also required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, as well as proficiency in SQL and programming languages like Python/R for data analysis, is highly desirable. Strong oral and written communication skills in English are mandatory, along with a client-service orientation and attention to detail.

Educational Background:
The educational background required for the HR Analyst position includes a Master's degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or Operations Research.
