Job Overview:
The International UN Volunteer Donor Reports and Donor Relations Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting UNICEF's mission in the Central African Republic (CAR) by ensuring high-quality and timely donor reporting and resource mobilization efforts. This position is vital for maintaining strong reporting performance and supporting the office's resource mobilization strategies. The specialist will work closely with the Partnerships Manager and will be responsible for drafting and editing donor reports, fundraising proposals, and investment cases, ensuring compliance with UNICEF standards and donor requirements. The role also involves maintaining oversight of the donor reporting schedule, supporting quality assurance processes, and responding to donor queries. Additionally, the specialist will contribute to the development of project proposals, assist in maintaining UNICEF's corporate CRM, and support knowledge management efforts to enhance donor engagement and resource mobilization strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the International UN Volunteer Donor Reports and Donor Relations Specialist include:
  • Donor Reporting: Contributing to the development of high-quality donor reports and fundraising proposals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UNICEF standards.
  • Maintaining oversight of the donor reporting schedule and process, providing guidance to program teams for accurate report preparation.
  • Systematic uploading and archiving of donor reports in UNICEF corporate platforms, ensuring proper filing and traceability.
  • Supporting quality assurance processes for donor reporting and resource mobilization materials.
  • Responding to donor queries and coordinating with program sections as needed.
  • Contributing to project proposals and concept notes, ensuring coherence and quality control.
  • Maintaining and updating UNICEF’s corporate CRM and funding pipeline.
  • Supporting research for partnership opportunities and assisting in administrative processes for partnership development.
  • Documenting lessons learned and good practices to strengthen donor engagement. 1

Required Qualifications:
