Job Overview:
The Assistant position at EBRD is designed to provide comprehensive administrative support to staff members, particularly in relation to project management and travel arrangements. Duties and Responsibilities:
The Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks including: handling both external and internal communications to ensure a professional front office service; managing the diaries and itineraries of Bankers to facilitate smooth operations; organizing conference calls, video conferences, and meetings; making travel arrangements for business trips, including visa and security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security clearances; providing administrative support during project preparation and monitoring; collecting and processing documents and maintaining internal project-related systems; organizing workshops and seminars and preparing presentations; performing ad-hoc secretarial and administrative duties as required; and managing petty cash payments. The role demands a high level of organization and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess higher education qualifications and demonstrate native proficiency in Arabic, along with fluency in English, showcasing excellent written and oral communication skills.
