Job Posting Organization:
The Department of Management (MT) at the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) provides essential services that support the successful delivery of the IAEA's scientific and technical programmes. Established to facilitate organizational efficiency and change, MT acts as a partner and business enabler. The IAEA, with a multicultural workforce of approximately 2300 employees from diverse scientific, technical, managerial, and professional disciplines, operates globally, ensuring that its HR services align with its core goals. The Division of Human Resources (MTHR) within MT offers a comprehensive range of HR services, including organizational development, recruitment, staff development, performance management, and administration of compensation and benefits. This integrated HR service is crucial for maintaining the quality and efficiency of the IAEA's programmes, which are vital for international cooperation in the field of nuclear energy and safety.

Job Overview:
The consultant will report to the Section Head of the HR Management Section and will play a pivotal role in providing technical input and expertise in the deployment of staff and non-staff personnel for a designated group of clients. The consultant is expected to ensure the timely and efficient completion of all recruitment processes while adhering to the IAEA's rules and regulations. This position requires a proactive approach to understanding the specific organizational needs of hiring managers and implementing tailored solutions to meet staffing requirements. The consultant will also be responsible for sourcing highly qualified candidates, providing comprehensive support throughout the recruitment cycle, and participating in various HR initiatives and projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The consultant's primary duties include partnering with hiring managers to assess their organizational needs, providing information regarding job applications and hiring processes, and sourcing candidates through various networking and search engines. The consultant will manage the full recruitment cycle, which encompasses posting vacancy notices, reviewing applications, endorsing shortlists, assisting in the development of interview questions and tests, participating in interviews, and conducting reference checks. Additionally, the consultant will coordinate assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills and competencies, participate in panel interviews to uphold high standards of efficiency and integrity, and support HR Business Partners as needed. The consultant will also engage in other HR and Talent Acquisition initiatives and ad hoc projects as required.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a first-level degree in a related field and have at least 5 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in an international context. Demonstrated experience in recruiting for various functions and specializations is essential. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and talent sourcing techniques is required, along with excellent project management and negotiation skills. The ability to provide exceptional client service in a multicultural environment is crucial, as are strong collaboration skills and effective relationship-building abilities.

Educational Background:
A first-level degree in a relevant field is required for this position. This educational background should ideally be complemented by specialized training or certifications in human resources or talent acquisition to enhance the candidate's qualifications.

Experience:
The position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in international settings. Experience in recruiting across a variety of functions and specializations is highly valued, as is proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various talent sourcing techniques. Candidates should also demonstrate excellent project management skills and a proven ability to provide high-quality client service in diverse environments.

Languages:
