Duties and Responsibilities:
Learn to effectively use EarthMed (Occupational Health System) and Wave to support daily operations of the Occupational Health Unit.
Assist in processing Certified Sick Leave (CSL) requests, ensuring all documentation is accurate and updated in the systems.
Review and validate sick leave certificates in accordance with OHU procedures and relevant guidelines, maintaining confidentiality.
Coordinate with relevant units to ensure timely processing of health documentation.
Uphold professionalism in handling sensitive health information and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Collaborate with team members and contribute to occupational health workflows.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must be undergraduates from any International Studies, Medical Sciences, or Business-related courses with a school requirement to undergo an internship or On the Job Training.
