Job Overview: The position of Responsable Stratégie et Transformation involves contributing to the transformation of Action contre la Faim and continuous improvement through the management or contribution to strategic projects. Under the supervision of the Strategy and Transformation Manager, the role is responsible for leading projects aimed at optimizing processes, enhancing organizational performance, and facilitating change within the organization. The candidate will pilot and manage major strategic and cross-functional projects, design, deploy, and document solutions to optimize internal tools, processes, frameworks, policies, and organization. Additionally, the role includes supporting the Strategy and Transformation unit in developing organizational strategies and organizing humanitarian monitoring that can influence the organization of Action contre la Faim.
Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Responsable Stratégie et Transformation include:
Leading and managing major strategic and cross-functional projects to optimize processes and enhance organizational performance.
Designing, deploying, and documenting solutions for internal tools, processes, frameworks, and policies.
Supporting internal change management initiatives and ensuring effective communication throughout the organization.
Assisting the Strategy and Transformation unit in developing organizational strategies that align with the mission of Action contre la Faim.
Conducting humanitarian monitoring and analysis to inform strategic decisions and influence organizational direction.
Collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment and integration of strategic initiatives across the organization.
Preparing and presenting reports and documentation related to project progress and outcomes.
Facilitating workshops and meetings to engage stakeholders and foster collaboration towards common objectives.
Required Qualifications: The ideal candidate should possess a Master's degree in International Relations or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in managing transformation projects within complex organizations is considered a plus. The candidate should have a strong background in project management, creation of modules/tutorials/webinars, conducting organizational diagnostics, and implementing continuous improvement techniques. Skills in analysis, conceptualization, and modeling of business needs and processes are essential, as well as the ability to understand the specific needs of NGOs and intervention contexts. The candidate should also demonstrate strong analytical skills, the ability to produce synthesis documents, and experience in facilitating meetings and working groups.
Educational Background: A Master's degree in International Relations or an equivalent qualification is required for this position. This educational background provides the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge to effectively contribute to the strategic transformation of the organization and manage complex projects.
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position, particularly in managing transformation projects within complex organizations. Experience in project management, organizational diagnostics, and continuous improvement techniques is highly valued. The ability to navigate and understand the dynamics of NGOs and humanitarian contexts is crucial for success in this role.
Languages: Fluency in French is mandatory for this position, given the location and the nature of the work. Proficiency in English is also desirable, as it may be necessary for communication with international stakeholders and partners. The role is classified as a cadre position, with an annual gross salary ranging from €46,000 to €55,000, depending on experience. Employees are entitled to 25 days of paid leave per year and 21 RTT days. Health coverage and other benefits include 80% coverage by ACF, salary maintenance during illness, maternity, and paternity leave, as well as transportation allowances covering 50% of the commuting costs. The organization also provides meal vouchers, social benefits, and unlimited access to the e-learning platform Talentsoft. Remote work is available for all employees within metropolitan territory, with no mandatory in-person presence required except for collective meetings and events, which are limited to three days per month. A two-day mandatory presence is required during the onboarding process.
