Interns are expected to be between 20 and 36 years old and should have less than two years of relevant work experience. The program aims to provide interns with practical experience in various aspects of IOM's operations, particularly in the Fleet & Movements Unit in Lebanon. Interns will assist in daily operations, including vehicle dispatch, movement coordination, and logistical arrangements, thereby gaining valuable insights into fleet management and humanitarian logistics. This experience will help them adapt quickly to the fast-paced environment of IOM and contribute effectively to the team's objectives.
