Job Overview: The Associate position at WJCF involves supporting the Madhya Pradesh State ABDM Office in promoting the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM). The role focuses on establishing Bhopal as a 'Digital Health District' by facilitating the digitization of healthcare facilities, enabling healthcare workers to utilize ABHA, and enhancing community engagement through awareness campaigns. The Associate will collaborate with various stakeholders, including government officials, health facilities, and community organizations, to drive the adoption of ABDM among healthcare providers and seekers. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence the digital health landscape in India and contribute to the improvement of health outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities: The Associate will be responsible for supporting the implementation of ABDM by coordinating with the State ABDM Office, developing operational plans for health facility digitization, and facilitating partnerships with medical associations. They will lead demand generation efforts, design and deploy IEC resources, and coordinate feedback collection from healthcare providers and seekers. Additionally, the Associate will organize project data, contribute to knowledge management, and develop reports and presentations assessing adoption trends. They will also explore innovative ways to engage healthcare professionals and the community in India's digital health journey.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Postgraduate/Master's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience. Exceptional analytical and communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required, along with the ability to think strategically and handle ambiguity. Candidates should be able to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and work independently. Willingness to travel within and across states is necessary, and experience in management, healthcare consulting, or public health is a plus. Familiarity with e-governance or digital health programs in India is also beneficial.
Educational Background: A Bachelor's or Postgraduate/Master's degree is required for this position, ensuring that candidates have a solid educational foundation to support their work in health systems and digital health initiatives.
Experience: The position requires a minimum of 5 years of work experience in similar or related fields, with a preference for candidates who have experience in management consulting, healthcare consulting, or public health. Languages: Fluency in Hindi is mandatory, and proficiency in an additional Indian language is considered a strong asset for this position, facilitating communication with diverse stakeholders.
