Duties and Responsibilities:
As an English Language Adviser, your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Coaching and mentoring local English language educators to enhance their teaching methodologies and practices.
• Collaborating with local schools and educational institutions to deliver curriculum lessons and professional development workshops.
• Supporting teachers in adopting student-centered teaching approaches and implementing best practices in English language instruction.
• Assisting in the development of teaching materials and resources tailored to the needs of local educators and students.
• Conducting assessments to evaluate the progress of teachers and students in English language proficiency.
• Facilitating workshops and training sessions for educators to improve their skills and knowledge in English language teaching.

Required Qualifications:
To be considered for the position of English Language Adviser, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A degree in education or a related field.
• Practical experience in English language teaching within a school setting.
• Completion of a 120-hour TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or DELTA certification is preferred, although candidates without these certifications may be considered if they can demonstrate equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to mentor and support other teachers effectively.
• A commitment to volunteerism, inclusion, and community-led development, with a belief in the transformative power of education.

Educational Background:
