Job Overview:
The primary objective of this roster call is to invite qualified evaluators to join the OSCE roster of evaluation consultants for independent evaluations led by the Office of Internal Oversight (OIO) and decentralized evaluations. The selected consultants will be expected to provide their expertise in graphic design, contributing to the visual communication of the OCEEA's projects and activities. This role involves producing high-quality visual inputs for various platforms, including websites and social media, as well as conceptualizing and designing publications that effectively communicate the results and impact of the OSCE's initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities:
The International Consultant/Expert will be responsible for a range of tasks under the guidance of the Senior Economic Officer and in coordination with the Economic Governance Unit (EGU). Key responsibilities include:

• Producing visual inputs for the OSCE website and social media platforms, including both static and animated graphics.
• Conceptualizing the graphic design of OCEEA/EGU-related publications, such as factsheets, handbooks, newsletters, roll-ups, PowerPoint presentations, and booklets.
• Developing the layout for various printed materials, ensuring they are ready for online publication and printing.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure that all graphic materials align with the OSCE's visual identity guidelines and editorial style.
• Engaging in discussions with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations regarding graphic design outputs.
• Adapting designs based on feedback and ensuring timely delivery of all assignments.
• Maintaining an extensive portfolio that showcases the consultant's graphic design capabilities and previous work.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a minimum of 7 years of work experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on logo and corporate identity design. A first-level degree in visual communication, graphic design, or a related field is required, or an equivalent combination of work experience and education. Applicants should demonstrate excellent graphic design skills, particularly in logo and corporate identity design, as evidenced by a comprehensive portfolio. Proficiency in industry-standard graphics and visualization tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (including Illustrator and Photoshop), is essential.
