Job Overview: The security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">Security Culture & Awareness Associate will play a crucial role in fostering a strong security mindset within the organization. This position involves designing and implementing high-impact awareness campaigns and training programs that simplify complex cybersecurity concepts into actionable behaviors. The associate will leverage creative communication techniques and evidence-based behavioral strategies to ensure that security practices are integrated into daily operations. The role requires analyzing human risk patterns and developing targeted strategies to mitigate these risks, collaborating with various stakeholders to cultivate a culture of accountability and resilience. Duties and Responsibilities: The associate will be responsible for collaborating with Business, Capability, and Engineering teams to document and communicate upcoming changes, ensuring alignment across departments. They will assess the impact of changes, identify potential barriers, and develop change management strategies to facilitate smooth adoption of new solutions. Building a network of business contacts and fostering relationships will be essential for driving support for change initiatives. The associate will measure the effectiveness of security culture change management efforts, track progress, and refine strategies to improve outcomes. They will design, communicate, and execute adoption programs to enhance the usage and proficiency of security solutions across the organization. Conducting training sessions and creating user-friendly documentation will empower end-users to navigate new tools confidently. The associate will lead stakeholder meetings, provide updates on adoption progress, and gather feedback for continuous improvement. They will create engaging content for various communication channels and manage communication activities to prepare employees for upcoming changes. Additionally, the associate will facilitate workshops to gather feedback and ensure stakeholder alignment on security culture initiatives.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a strong understanding of key change management frameworks and methodologies, with experience in applying these in IT business transformation initiatives. They should have a proven track record in driving user adoption of new tools and processes, ensuring long-term usage through effective strategies. Proficiency in designing and delivering training materials across modern communication platforms is essential, as is the ability to facilitate change workshops to gather feedback and ensure alignment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in technology change management and user adoption efforts is necessary, particularly in environments introducing new technologies or processes. Candidates should have practical experience in developing training materials and leading training sessions.
Educational Background: A degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Change Management, or a related field is required. Certifications in Change Management, such as Prosci or ADKAR, are desirable for this position. Candidates should have solid experience in business transformation initiatives, particularly those focused on technology or process adoption.
Experience: The position requires at least 2-4 years of relevant experience in technology change management and user adoption efforts. Candidates should have a proven ability to work with diverse teams across complex technology products to manage change effectively and ensure smooth adoption across various departments.
Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in additional languages is considered a plus, enhancing communication with a broader range of stakeholders.
Additional Notes: This is a fixed-term contract position with a duration of 3 years. The role is based in Sofia, Bulgaria, and offers a hybrid working arrangement, with a minimum expectation of in-person collaboration three days a week.
