Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Head of Programme include:
Providing leadership and direction to the program unit, ensuring alignment with NRC's strategic objectives and humanitarian principles.
Developing and implementing core competency strategies that are holistic, integrated, and needs-based.
Identifying funding opportunities and leading the development of project proposals and concept notes to secure financial support for programs.
Managing grants effectively, ensuring compliance with donor requirements and timely reporting.
Conducting quality control, monitoring, and evaluation of programs to ensure they meet organizational standards and contribute to organizational learning.
Representing NRC in various forums, clusters, and working groups to advocate for the needs of affected populations and promote collaboration with other humanitarian actors.
