The Head of Programme position at NRC Afghanistan is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the program unit within the mission. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Representing NRC in various forums, clusters, and working groups to advocate for the needs of affected populations and promote collaboration with other humanitarian actors.
• Building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders, including donors, government agencies, and community organizations.
• Ensuring that the program unit is responsive to the evolving humanitarian context in Afghanistan and adapting strategies as necessary.
