Job Overview: The ET Consultant will play a crucial role in supporting the Strategy and Operations function of the CAO (Compliance Advisor Ombudsman) within the IFC. This position is designed for an energetic and efficient professional who is comfortable working in a team setting across various functions. The consultant will be responsible for tracking, coordinating, and providing logistical support related to eligibility and monitoring and evaluation functions. The role will involve serving as the main contact point for the intake of complaints, assisting in the tracking of key milestones related to complaints review, generating analytical documents, and managing correspondence with complainants and stakeholders. The consultant will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to capture necessary information for surveys, support survey design, analyze data collected, and manage logistics associated with engagements. This position is integral to ensuring that the CAO's operations run smoothly and effectively, contributing to the overall mission of the IFC and WBG.
Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the ET Consultant include:
Eligibility Reviews (50% of workload): - Serve as the main contact point for the intake of complaints via various CAO channels, including the CAO mailbox, phone, and online form. - Assist the Eligibility Lead in tracking key milestones related to complaints review in CAO’s Case Management System and internal document management portal. - Generate supplemental analytical documents and support the Eligibility Lead in drafting memos as needed. - Participate in and document the Eligibility Team Weekly Meetings and the Eligibility Committee as required. - Manage correspondence with complainants and other internal and external stakeholders. - Oversee logistics, contracting, and payment associated with engagements with complainants and stakeholders, including translators/interpreters as necessary.
Monitoring and Evaluation (50% of workload): - Collaborate with stakeholders to capture information required for identifying relevant stakeholders to be surveyed. - Support survey design and engage with CAO functions to capture feedback, inputting surveys into Survey Monkey. - Help distribute surveys and track response rates. - Analyze data collected from various stakeholder groups for reporting in the CODE Annual Report. - Transform information from case reports into datasets for analysis and summarization in the CODE Annual Report. - Manage logistics, contracting, and payment associated with engagements with translators and interpreters as needed.
