A minimum of eight years of experience working with courts of justice and experience with policies for racial equality and human rights is required. Additionally, candidates must have a working knowledge of English or Spanish and fluency in Portuguese. It is also essential that candidates are nationals of Brazil or residents of the country with a valid work permit.
Educational Background: The educational background required for this position includes a university degree in Human Sciences or Applied Social Sciences.
