Job Overview:
The Office Support Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities. This position is responsible for providing essential administrative, logistical, and hospitality support to both staff and visitors. Key functions include managing mail and courier services, welcoming guests, maintaining an organized office environment, and assisting in the coordination of meetings and events. Duties and Responsibilities:
The Office Support Assistant is tasked with a variety of responsibilities that include: managing incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and freight services for both domestic and international deliveries; receiving and assisting visitors and external guests; providing photocopying and document handling support; maintaining a clean and orderly office environment, which includes daily cleaning tasks; supporting internal meetings and workshops by arranging logistics, refreshments, and setup; serving tea and coffee to staff as instructed; maintaining supply and sign-up logs; providing ad-hoc support to staff based on operational needs; and performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor. The role requires the ability to handle routine tasks with established procedures and to refer non-standard issues to the supervisor for guidance. Errors in this position are easily detectable and typically result in minor disruptions.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a Higher Secondary School Certificate or GED Diploma, or an equivalent international qualification. Additionally, applicants should have 4 to 5 years of experience in office support or administration, demonstrating familiarity with office procedures, standards, and equipment. The ability to read, write, and speak English is essential, along with fluency in the local language. The position requires a service-oriented approach and the ability to perform tasks efficiently under supervision.

Educational Background:
The educational requirement for this position includes a Higher Secondary School Certificate or a GED Diploma, or an equivalent qualification recognized internationally. Experience:
