Job Overview: The Online Volunteer position at UNICEF involves providing emotional support and prevention assistance through a call center service in Bolivia. Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide emotional support and prevention assistance to the Bolivian community through a call center service.
Work in shifts of 8-10 hours per week, adhering to schedules set by supervisors.
Participate in comprehensive training on UNICEF's protocols for case management and call center operations.
Engage in continuous learning through mandatory self-guided courses and optional specialized training.
Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions with beneficiaries.
Report any emotional discomfort or ethical concerns to the designated supervisor immediately.
Collaborate with other volunteers and supervisors to ensure effective service delivery.

Required Qualifications:
