Job Overview:
The ICT Intern position at UNFPA Moldova is designed to provide support in maintaining and enhancing the organization's information and communication technology infrastructure. Duties and Responsibilities:
The ICT Intern will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including but not limited to: providing technical support to UNFPA staff for hardware and software issues; troubleshooting network connectivity problems; assisting in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals; performing regular data backups and ensuring data security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security; setting up IT equipment for meetings, workshops, and events; managing and maintaining UNFPA Moldova's digital platforms, including the website and social media channels; supporting IT aspects of online events, webinars, and virtual meetings; assisting with basic graphic design and multimedia tasks; contributing to the digitalization of documents and information management processes; providing technical support for data collection and analysis tools; and following up on IT-related requests from UNFPA staff. The intern may also be required to perform other ICT-related support tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates for the ICT Intern position must meet specific eligibility requirements, including being enrolled in a university, college, or vocational training program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
