Job Overview: The position of Local Expert on Policy Evaluation and Development is crucial for the Human Dimension Programme, which aims to assess and develop policies related to Holocaust remembrance and a culture of tolerance in Moldova. The expert will lead the evaluation of existing Action Plans for the years 2017-2019 and 2021-2024, focusing on their effectiveness in combating racism, antisemitism, anti-Gypsyism, xenophobia, and other forms of intolerance. Additionally, the expert will be responsible for developing a new policy document for the years 2027-2030, ensuring that it aligns with international standards and incorporates best practices. The role requires a commitment of up to 60 work days between May and October 2026, during which the expert will conduct assessments, facilitate workshops, and draft reports that will guide future policy directions.
