Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of the IOM Shelter/NFI programme, focusing on data collection, distribution, community mobilization, and technical follow-up on shelter safety and equipment.
• Conduct needs and gap assessments, manage the distribution of tokens, and disseminate Shelter/NFI-related messaging to beneficiaries, ensuring proper venue setup and adherence to security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security measures, including Covid-19 protocols.
• Provide technical support and guidance to households in implementing Shelter/NFI activities, coordinating with the field team through door-to-door visits.

• Maintain accurate and updated data on program progress, producing daily and weekly reports and other ad-hoc updates as required.
• Support coordination in camps during project implementation, liaising with suppliers, Site Management, Protection, Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene actors, as well as government entities.
• Organize field-level meetings and workshops for staff and conduct training and orientation sessions for beneficiaries on Shelter/NFI activities.
• Provide general guidance to third-party personnel involved in cash for work activities, ensuring compliance with program guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
