Duties and Responsibilities: The People Partner will have a comprehensive set of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Leading culture transformation efforts to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
Utilizing people analytics to assess organizational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations while fostering a positive workplace culture.
