Duties and Responsibilities:
The Reporting Specialist will be responsible for a comprehensive set of duties, including: consolidating data from multiple sources to generate high-quality progress reports; ensuring compliance with donor agreements and UNDP reporting standards; synthesizing information from progress reports submitted by responsible parties; analyzing donor agreements to track specific reporting requirements; developing clear and accessible progress reports complemented by data visualization techniques; producing regular reporting outputs, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports; collaborating with the M&E Specialist to support data collection and verification; coordinating with implementation partners for timely data submission; assisting in the design and administration of surveys; compiling survey reports; collecting qualitative evidence such as case studies and lessons learned; supporting the verification and quality control of data entered into information management systems; and contributing to building a strong evidence base that supports program learning and accountability.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates for the Reporting Specialist position should possess a strong set of qualifications, including: proven experience in report writing and data analysis; familiarity with UNDP's corporate reporting standards; strong analytical skills to interpret complex data; proficiency in data visualization tools; excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams; and a strong understanding of the development context in Sudan and the challenges faced by the country.

Educational Background:
