  • At least two years of experience working in territorial contexts with populations affected by armed conflict, gender issues, or ethnic and intersectional matters.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Educational Background:
Candidates must possess a professional degree in one of the following fields: Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Economic Sciences, International Relations, or Psychology. This includes two years specifically focused on systematizing experiences in participatory processes or historical memory, as well as two years of experience working with communities affected by armed conflict. Candidates should demonstrate a strong understanding of the challenges faced by these communities and possess the skills necessary to facilitate meaningful engagement and documentation of their experiences.

Languages:
Fluency in Spanish is mandatory, as the consultancy will involve working primarily in Colombia and engaging with local communities. Proficiency in English is considered an asset, as it may be necessary for reporting and communication with international stakeholders.

Additional Notes:
The consultancy is expected to last for five (5) months. This position is classified as an individual contractor role, which may involve flexible working hours and the possibility of remote work, depending on the specific tasks and requirements.
